I published 08nos. of research books in Archieves and revived the infrastructure of Odisha State Archives from A–Z like waiting room, sales counter, conservation hall, exhibition hall, conference hall and also Library.Then I got opportunity as Director, Odia Bhasa Pratisthan including my own museum charge. Ipublished “Sishulekha” after a long back in Odia Bhasa Pratisthan and also published a book on “Odia vocabulary” for strengthen odia language. I Started work on Quarterly Journal Bhasa Patra in Odia Bhasa Pratisthan and many more books on Odia Language.
